How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your Tinybeans subscription at any time.

From the app, tap More, then tap Manage Subscription. The option to cancel will be there.

Please note: If you purchased your subscription via our website, you must go to your billing page on our website to cancel.

All of your photos and full-length videos will remain on Tinybeans should you ever want to subscribe again. Your journal will become subject to our 5GB free storage limit upon cancelation, and further uploading will be prohibited if the storage limit is exceeded. Any previously added memories past the limit will be archived and no longer be visible in the app.
