How can I export (or download) all of my memories?

As a Tinybeans+ subscriber, you can request a mass export of your journal's photos and videos at any time via the website. Just login to your account on tinybeans.com and follow these directions below:

From the website:

• Click on your name near the top right 
• Select "journal details" from the dropdown 
• The export option should be at the base of this page

Only the journal owner or a follower who has been granted Full Access have permission to export.

You request the export as a date range on your journal's calendar. We would strongly recommend requesting no more than 3 years at a time to prevent the export failing.

Please note that you may see an error message on the screen where you request the export if the page times out - not to worry! The export will come to your email as links to download a month at a time. The links will expire after 5 days. Please note that they may not work properly in a web browser with an ad blocker in place (particularly Chrome), so be sure to use a browser with no ad blocking software in place. Let us know if the export email doesn't come through in the next few days, and be sure to check your Promotions and Spam/Junk folders as it may get filtered due to size.
