I'm not receiving any more e-mail updates from Tinybeans, why is that?

This can happen for a variety of reasons, which are detailed below. 

Spam/Promotions 

From time to time the e-mails that we send you can be picked up by the spam or promotions filter that is used by your e-mail provider. Check those folders, as you might just find our e-mails located there. If you do, please make sure to mark us as "Not Spam" and manually move us to your inbox!

E-mail opt out

You may have unintentionally opted out of receiving our e-mails, which you can change from your My Details page on our website (click Notification Preferences)

You might also want to make sure you have your notification preferences set properly. You can this by following the below steps:

Web: 

  • Click your profile icon near the top right
  • Click "My details"
  • Locate "Notification Preferences"

App:

  • Go to the More tab
  • Tap into each journal
  • Tap Notifications

E-mails Blocked

If all else fails, it may be that your email address was blocking our emails from coming through to you. This can happen for a variety of reasons and is often related to the spam filter within your e-mail provider's security settings. If you suspect this may be happening to your email address, please contact our support team directly at info@tinybeans.com, and we will be happy to take a closer look for you and remove any blocks we find from our end.
