How do I save/download memories from a Tinybeans journal?

To download a photo or video from a journal you follow, just tap the 3 dots at the lower right corner of the memory and select "Download" from the pop up menu. If you're using the app, make sure you have granted Tinybeans access to your Photos.

If you don't see the option to download, this most likely means that the journal's owner has disabled downloads.

If you are Tinybeans+ subscription holder as well as a journal owner or a follower granted Full Access, you may choose to request a mass export of your journal's photos and videos at any time via the website. Just login to your account on tinybeans.com and follow these directions below:

From the website:

Click on your name near the top right
Select "journal details" from the dropdown
The export option should be at the base of this page
