Will my memories be deleted if I cancel my subscription or downgrade?

We’ll never delete your memories just because you cancel. You’ll revert to the Free plan, and your newest photos (within the 5GB limit) will remain visible. Older ones will be safely archived and can be accessed again if you upgrade. If your journal is past the free storage limit, further uploading to the journal will not be possible until a paid subscription is started.

If your account is inactive for 12 months – meaning no logins, upgrades, or photo book purchases – your data may be permanently deleted. We’ll send you copious email reminders before that happens.
